SafeOaks serves as a user-friendly platform for the exchange of scientific information regarding the impact of climate change on deciduous oak forests in Italy. The project focuses on three key areas:

SafeOaks aims to:

• Synthesize available scientific knowledge and research findings

• Provide updates on ongoing scientific activities at Agritech project experimental sites

• Develop silvicultural and management guidelines to enhance the resilience of deciduous oak ecosystems against climate change

Data Accessibility

A dedicated section of the platform will describe and link to research datasets stored in public repositories, ensuring transparency and facilitating further research in this field. By consolidating and disseminating this information, SafeOaks strives to support informed decision-making in forest management and conservation efforts in the face of climate change challenges.
